May
10, 2009 (Memphis
TN) - Stock car racing
legend James Hylton came
into Saturday's Drive
Smart Buckle Up Kentucky
150 on a high note
after placing 15th two
weeks ago at Talladega.
Unfortunately a
collision on the first
lap of the race dashed
any hopes of a follow-up
Top 20 finish for the 74
year old veteran.
Hylton's Ford Taurus
collided with Gabi
DiCarlo's Toyota on the
backstretch of the 1.5
mile speedway, damaging
the left front of the
car. Hylton went on to
finish 36th as Plano
Texas' James Buescher
drove to the win in his
Toyota.
Special Thanks to Jeff
Wagoner of Louisville KY
for providing the
outstanding pictures
from the event.
